Function-
Cialis and Viagra elevate the body's levels of the chemical nitric
oxide. Nitric oxide relaxes penile blood vessels, allowing for better

Cialis Dosage-
Take Cialis 30 minutes prior to sexual activity. The drug may be taken
with or without food. Cialis allows erections to take place for up to
36 hours. Do not take this medication more than once a day.
Viagra Dosage-
Take Viagra, without food, 30 to 60 minutes prior to sexual activity.
An erection remains possible for up to four hours after dosing. Do not
take Viagra more than once a day.
Precautions-
Do not take Cialis or Viagra if you have a history of heart problems,
stroke, high or low blood pressure or retinal conditions.
Other Uses-
Viagra is currently the only PDE-5 inhibitor with FDA approval for
treating pulmonary hypertension, a condition that affects the flow of
blood to the lungs.
