Symptoms
of H1N1 include fever; sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, body aches or
pain, headache, chills and fatigue and even a few reports of diarrhea
and vomiting. If you feel any or all of these symptoms see your doctor
as soon as possible, just to be careful.
Washing hands
H1N1
is also spread by the touching of objects so please remember to keep
your hands clean, its that simple. Also I warn you not to use hand
sanitizers excessively as you grow an immunity towards this so save
your money and stop risking your health.
Tamiflu
When
seeing your doctor they should prescribe you with antiviral medication
called Tamiflu or Relenza which should help. But you should stay home
24 hours after your fever breaks.
Hospital
Try
as hard as you can to avoid the ER, its ground zero for flu germs. I
would only recommend going to the hospital if your symptoms are severe.
Vaccine
Six
percent of deaths in the U.S. have been pregnant women with H1N1. So
for people getting the vaccine its like the old saying goes, women and
children first, senior citizens as well.
After
following all this, you should be able to ride it out with taking the
recommended amount of Tylenol Cold Day/Night provided by your local
drug store, and alittle bit of rest.
